I would spend more time beautifying the page. Look at your top competitors, compare their Alexa ranks to see who is busier, and steal their ideas.
For example:
- I would increase the left and right margins to add more "white space" between the paragraphs and your page edge.
- Go to Fiverr and spend the $5 to get that "Top 10 Most Popular..." graphic done professionally. It looks like crap and screams "scamateur".
- Experiment with different fonts, your default font is very boring.
- Test test and test some more!

I would have to agree that the page needs a bit of fine tuning in the design department. If you PM me, I could gladly help you sharpen it up a bit for a very good cost.
Also, there's a lot of advertisements on it at the moment. Too many are distracting to your customers and don't allow them to view you as a legitimate site.
