Help please re:Payoneer.

    I have been doing a JV with a guy on here and the money we earned is with Payoneer. They refuse to answer any emails and it's not looking to good.
    They keep saying to me "be patient". F@cking Clowns.Has anyone else had issues with these idiots.
    It doesn't look to good on me when we have been waiting for this money since 13/12/09.
    I have reported them to BBB, Complaints Board and Rip Off. But it doesn't seem to make any difference.
    Any help on this would be great.

    What exactly is the issue you have with Payoneer? I have no problem with it, as I used it often for paying for the services.

    Thanks Portalweb, my issue is, my CPA company paid Payoneer in December and since then they refuse to answer any email regarding the payment. Well actually they have replied saying "be patient". Like I say I'm doing a JV with some one on here and it doesn't look to good on me really. The amount is over $1k and it's pissing me right off.

    After Your CPA company send the payment through Payoneer, they should send you the "Payment Reference Number".

    Request for payment - sent by CPA should look like this:

    ===================================
    Your credit card payment of $2000.00 is being processed. We will let you know when the payment is approved.
    Your Payment Reference Number is: xxxxxxxx
    Once approved, the payment of $2000.00 (minus any applicable fees) will be loaded to the requested Payoneer card within 2 business days, and the cardholder will be notified by e-mail.
    Have comments on how we can improve the loading process? Send us an email to Payoneer Contact Form with your thoughts and suggestions with "Feedback" in the subject line.

    In 1-2 days, CPA company should receive the message like this:
    ===================
    Your load request has been completed!

    $2000.00 has been loaded onto John Q Public's Prepaid debit MasterCard®, as a result of your order.
    We have also notified John Q Public that these funds are now available.

    ===================

    If you have not received emails from Payoneer, with the confirmation details, then your CPA company may be stalling on sending you payments.

    Just curious - who is your CPA company? Maybe they are on BHW's blacklist.

    I can bet that problem is you (something you did) = your CPA company

    (read as: NOT Payoneer.)

    Not only that I personally never had any issues with Payoneer (and received thousands, from many many merchants), than because I already saw many people crying over Payoneer (when the actual problem is on your Partner side.)

    Now, tell us what you did.
    Or even better - tell Payoneer.

    Ok, ok, I joined Payoneer Dec 09.
    My card has been loaded by Payoneer so that rules out my CPA company. Whom are not at fault at all.
    Payoneer sent me a card out early Dec. But when I didn't get the card after nearly a month, I asked Payoneer "why haven't I got my card" they told me that they would send another to me.
    Two days later I got the original card and emailed Payoneer to let them know. They asked me 2 security questions and said once they had those they would make the 1st card valid as they had cancelled the 1 st card and sent a new one.
    OK up to now?
    From the beginning of January I have been emailing Payoneer for my card to be re-installed, they said to me on 2 occasions "to be patient".
    All they have to do is activate my original card full stop. Nothing else, no big drama, just a simple activation.
    I have told them I would report them to BBB and Complaints Board if I didn't get any joy. I did report them after 3 more days of waiting ( that was 2 days ago).
    They will not answer any any emails I send.
    Like I say I am doing a JV with someone on here and he is wondering where his money for obvious reasons.
    What I want to know is, what is my next move?

    thanks, I did try live chat yesterday but all I got was redirection to an email service. But I will try again now.
    Failing that what else can I do as I'm this side of the Pond in the UK and who else can I get in contact with to maybe shake them up.

    I keep trying live chat but it's not live. Unless they have blocked my ip.
    I am struggling to find the funds to give them a call. I was banking on this money as like most of us, I spent more than I should have at Xmas.
    There just being awkward tits.
