Not an expert in this field since we usually buy from there, but by any chance you are uploading similar products to competition? or logging in via VPN or something, that usually triggers the system.
Where is the product added? In garbage? Are you adding a product by logging in? How long does the item stay in the cart before paying for the order? If more than 24 hours, try adding the product to your favorites.
