[Help Please] I wanna change my wordpress website domain

Friends I wanna change my website domain made by wordpress cms .
Do I need to clone this site and redirect by old domain to new domain.
OR
change in wordpress dashboard/settings/url.
please tell me which is the best.
If possible then post method step by step.

Backup everything and change the domain name. Basically it can be changed from Admin Panel > Settings > General but wait a minute, there is some chances to get error on your website.
To completely change domain, you need to replace every URL that is exists in database.
