[HELP]Please give me a free privet proxy or a tool to get

I need to download WSO's but here, i need a high speed proxy to download because our university has limited the downloading.

So can someone plz give me a privet proxy with a good speed? Or a free tool that can get proxys with higher speed.

Im learning from WSOs and trying some good methods. If u want i can give u more details abt my projects,
