help please Ecom Store Customer over Charged

Hi guys, so i own a ecom site, one of my customer purchased a product for £19 he said upon checking his statement it says he was charged $50 also for something called 2buysafe, is this anything to do with him using the guest paypal checkout feature or is it something else all together?
