I see lots of people having problems with rapidshare is it blocked for your country ?
If so then then you have a couple of things you can do. Find a webbased proxy that supports javascript and postform, They are out there but you do need to look for them eg not on the frontpage of google. Get a cheap hosting or free hosting package and setup your on private proxy (make sure you password protect it or ip guard it to your own ip address else others will leech all your bandwidth) Or find sites that are running free premium rapidshare accounts, This is one I use to use http://rslinker.com/ (not my site) every now and again they run out of premium download accounts but with in a few days they upload a new one.
