Help please, any guide how cloaker / cloaking works?

I'm totally loast with these cloakers like WP Cloaker, it's pretty simply but I can't figure out what it actually does and how to setup this thing???

Does someone know if some of the high knoledge people here have written a guide or something that can help to figure out how to configure this thing and what it does?

I have the same problem, I can put links on Facebook but have no scope. links suspected i guess.

Well this is not for facebook but for a normal site. will have to google for it
