Hello, I would like to ask if what strategy are you doing at placing backlinks on your website?
Should I create and create tier 1 backlinks that connects to my money site or is there a basis of when or when to stop placing backlinks.

Is it more effective to have more tier 1 backlinks created everyday for my site then link it to tier 2s?
Or should I dripfeed it?

Tier-1 links are high quality links they can send directly to your money site and you can try to tier-1 links is better.

Yes, you can point tier 1 links directly to money site, they will boost your site. These links should be quality and legit one, so your site will be safe. If the site has some authority, yes you can point links on regular basis but do it naturally and don't do too much.

Tier 1 will be the best. Because it will go directly to the money site

Try to create Tier 1 backlinks it is better to your site. and if you want to make backlinks with minimal effort go for Tier 2 but comparatively the value will be less.

if it's quality link - it's OK to make it 1st tier, if it's pure SPAM - link it to the 1st tier links instead of your money pages.
