LOL. Also signup for Google Alerts and enter your product name in there so when a thread or anything is made you will get alerted so you can stop the sharing of your ebook in its early stages

LOL? Quite a harsh way of handling such an issue, but thanks i have contacted them and the fileshare host regarding DCMA issues.

I wouldn't worry yourself to much about it dude, the vast majority of people who share your stuff wouldn't buy it anyway, they'll only read it because it's free.
But it's kinda hard to get the cat back in the bag once it's out. Next time, make sure you protect your product properly. Of course, if someone with some coding knowledge wants to unprotect it they can, the trick is to make it so much of a pain in the ass they just buy the thing to save time.

I said LOL because i cant believe you made a thread about your problem before contacting the owner of the site where your ebook is being shared without your permission.
Other members will tell you the same. But i hope you get this solved.

Don't waste your time trying to help this person.
It's LOL funny that just now, he is the only one on the internet facing this issue.
There are thousands of product creators on this forum.
I'm one of them.
Deal with it, and move on.
Build a nice relationship with your list and you won't have to worry about the two bit losses to the "freebie seekers".
They'll want to pay you just to have your "stuff".
And if you're trying to tell me you've never downloaded anything off the internet for free... Again LOL funny!

@skohh - Ofcourse i've downloaded something for free. Usually it comes from WarriorForums , I mean most of it is junk so why pay for it lol? But if a BHW member was the owner of that book then i wouldnt share or download it

And I agree, If I try a product and I think it's got awesome stuff... You bet my wallet is coming out...
That's why I suggest to keep your list warm and OP won't really have to worry about the "freebie seekers". because you'll be putting more time back into creating your next product and keeping your list warm to it.

There's nothing you can do, nor the police, the DMCA or anybody else. Anyone can easily buy it even legally through your site and post it anywhere orsold it anywhere. Nothing you can do...

Heck, take it as a complitment.
It means people are sharing your stuff because it had some value to it...
That means you're a success! Now keep building interest around your products and like I said the more people exposed to it might start pulling out their wallets to support you...
I think a lot of people stand by the saying, "If you like the [Product], support it"

before It get shared and your profits dwindle.
If your ebook is really, really good you should hold some information back to be
released as an update to purchasers only.
If you protect that information some of the people who leeched your book will
purchase it just to get the update.
This is the Internet.

You should get this thread removed before others finds it via this thread so you can get some revenue. Minimize your losses.
This is the main reason i'm not writing an ebook cause it will get shared way too fast... quality and size of that ebook should be so big that it would be like buying a real book, it would affect psyche of buyers and give them feeling that "i bought this with my hard earn money.. let others buy their own copy goddammit!"
