Help.... Paypal withdrawal, lifting limits with steath accounts

Hello Blackhatters! I hope some of you can help me in my situation. I know there's a bounch of threads already about this topic, but I couldn't find 100% answer for my problem so I started this.

Here's the deal:
1. I Had an Ebay + Paypal account with my personal data, everything confirmed, Bank and CC added, limits lifted etc... Unfortunatelly I got banned from Ebay, so can't use it anymore, my Paypal is still there with 100% status.

2. I'm back in the business now: Opened stealth Ebay+Paypal account. The problem is my stealth PP will soon reach the limits, and I can't lift it since all fake data.

I have two questions:
1. What happens if I send the money from the stealth account to my original paypal and withdraw the money? Is it gonna ring some bells? Suspicious?

2. What happens if I reach the limit in this stealh PP acc, withdraw the money, then open a new stealth PP and attach that to Ebay to start again with new account and limits?

Okay, to answer your first question: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY FROM YOU NEW STEALTH ACCOUNT TO YOUR OLD ONE.

You will get flagged because any account associated with a banned account will most likely be linked to banned account. Seriously, don't do it.
You might be able to pull off the transfer but it will only be a matter of time before your new stealth account gets banned.

To answer your second question, and I hate to be the guy that tells you no but you should not link a new paypal to the same ebay account. You have to remember that since ebay bought paypal, they are essentially one entity. It's possible that one of their triggers to detect stealth will be through ebay.

Best course of action is to create a new ebay when you create a new paypal and vice versa. Keep it stealth through and through and you will avoid setting off any alarms.

To remove limits you have to become fully verified.

To do this you will need to:

Add a credit card

And bank account.

There are three problems with buying VCC and VBA

1: The people selling them are less than reputable and are down right shady and
2: the people who sell them usually only let you keep them until verified which will leave you with no way to cash out.
3: Keep in mind that when paypal makes micro deposits into your bank account and withdraws it, they will see from the Deposit ID who the owner of the account is. If the names do not match you can be sure that you will be limited.

So what do you do? As far as credit cards go, gift cards as of lately are hit or miss. Of course, stay away STAY FAR AWAY from metabank (netspend, greendot) as PP knows people use these for stealth, its been blacklisted. Vanilla Visa MAY or MAY NOT work but i have a feeling that they may be black listed as well. That's what i use to use back in 2012-2013 but to be honest I dont think i will now.

For bank accounts, again, you want to be careful with the name that you choose because paypal uses microdeposits for to see if your bank is real and when they withdraw it from your account, to see if your name matches. There are banks that allow mix and match names on accounts. Have not tried all of them but to give you some idea it goes like this:

STAY AWAY FROM CAPITAL ONE 360: I have ING Direct back in 2012 and they reversed $2,000 back to paypal and paypal received the reversal and deemed it suspicious so they banned my account out right. Kat from ING Direct (F*cking B*tch) told me flat out because it was of a discrepancy on my name. ING Direct has been bought by capital one so im sure they follow the same model.

BOA: might be your best bet since they are lazy f*cks, easy to open new accounts with fresh numbers and they do accept mix match info

Chase: Wouldn't go near that with a 12 foot pole.

If you don't want to go with big banks try smaller ones as they do not have the resources or manpower to monitor things like this.

But over all I would not buy VBA or VCC because it will cost you more and it just isnt worth it.
