check your payoneer account you will receive 2 small amounts in 2 transactions less then $1 with 2-3 days . once you received , enter the exact amount of these to transactions in PayPal and your bank will be confirmed .

My brother was Link the account between paypal and payoneer today only

what am I doing here ... I did not send any money

yes they did US payoneer payment service . this bank will be removed from PayPal automatically after confirming in 1-2 days .

no , PayPal will automatically send to bank 2 random amounts, you don't need to send any .

why bank will be removed from PayPal automatically .... i'm I spoke with paypal on the phone and they did this to me

maybe you never told them , you're going to attach Payoneer bank account , otherwise they gonna clearly tell you , you can't attach payoneer US bank account to PayPal
