[Help] Paypal Problem

Hello, my brother is 15 years old we live in the netherlands. He was selling beats he made profit etc, but then opened a dispute etc the a chargeback now he owes paypal about 95?, my question is he used fake information,debit credit card only the ip is from our home. If he doesnt pay will he get in trouble the mail he used had one mail from the collecting agency saying that he needs to pay within two weeks.

Well using fake info is a good start.

I'm not 100% sure if they can track you down via your IP, they probably can but I don't think they'll go to that much effort over 95 Euros.

Is your IP dynamic or static?

Also I've been screwed over on PayPal many of times, I always create stealth accounts so I don't have to worry when some prick decides to chargeback.

Thanks for the answer whe have a static ip and if you get a mail from the collecting agency are you in trouble then?

No problem

Mail as in an email or a letter? If you get a letter then it's time to get a bit worried as they know where you live and they will most likely visit you. I'm not sure about you but if one of those debt collectors came knocking on my door, the only thing they'd be getting is a broken nose, you've done nothing wrong by the sound of it so I say screw them.

But at the end of the day they don't usually bother with smaller amounts like 95 Euros. One of my stealth accounts has a balance of -$2000 from some dick doing a chargeback on me, the info was all fake along with a fake IP and it's been 14 months since then and nothing has happened to me
