[HELP] Paypal money Conversion

Hello People,

I want to get my Paypal money in some other sources.. I dnt want to withdraw them to my bank account directly from Paypal (some personal issue) or I dont want a check either. And i cant get it in my CC as i dnt have a CC. I am from Indian.

Are there any indirect methods to do so ?

For example - Can Anybody send me the money through Western Union Money Transfer and then I give him slightly more equivalent amount in his Paypal ?.. or Can anybody from India send me the amount in my Bank Account directly from his Bank Account ?

Please explain the issues.
It's very easy to simply send someone the money, then retrace the payment whilst you've got the money via western union, considering you only have 7 posts too.

I suspect this scenario
Assume you are "B", and an individual "A", agrees to trade with you.
"A" sends "B" money via WU.
"B" pays "A" via Paypal.
After a couple of Days,"A" checks his paypal acc and is shocked to see a negative/0 balance.
Why?
"B" has filed a Chargeback/Dispute.
"B" Runs Away !


Not to ruin your thread, but who in the right mind would send you payment first with
