Help! Paypal Limited :(

recenty my paypa account got limited, in my country we cant receive money to paypal so i went ahead na made a France paypal account 8 months ago, an verified it with VCC, now they are asking this from me in order to lift the restrictions.

"Please provide a copy of each of the following items:- Your monthly
statement for the credit card ending in XXXX. The statement must show your
name, address, and account number exactly as they appear in your PayPal
account.

-Your passport or photo ID. Please enlarge the copy and make sure the
documents are not blurred or too dark. If you are faxing a copy of your
photo ID, please make sure you copy both sides of the document.

-A proof of address which shows your name and address exactly as it appears
on your PayPal account. Please remember it cannot be more than 12 months
old. As proof as address we accept utility bills (such as gas, water,
electricity or telephone). If you do not have utility bills in your name,
we recommend you send a bank or credit card statement that has your address
and name.

-Please send your credit card statement ending in xx12 which shows your
name, address and part of your credit card numbers exactly as they appear
on your PayPal account. Please remember it cannot be older than 12 months."

i worked all the 8 months online to get this money to reinvest on IM, now all are gone 8 months hard work is gone ;( .. how can i remove these restrictions? some one please help me

You're toast, sorry to say. It is better for you to get a new one versus trying to get the old back. You kept 8 months of funds in the pp account?

It's PayPal that are blocking the funds, so it's PayPal you have to satisfy...

If you created a 'fake' PayPal account, then there's nothing you can do; especially if you've violated PayPal's TOS. It wasn't particulary clever to leave the money in a 'fake' account for that duration though.

Realise what you've actually done in their eyes; you've created a fake identity to collect funds - which in many coutries goes against the Anti Money Laudering laws etc.

Is there not some other form of financial system in your country to accept payments?

Create fake docs and submit, your best bet.

I agree. You can either submit fake documents, or your account is done for. When it comes to Paypal, don't scam. The only reason why you wouldn't be able to submit that info is because you are trying to play their system. Their service is money. When you start messing with people's money, they'll take a shotgun out at you.

You can send me them the documents by using PS or any software as soon as possible. the data should match.
for phone verification, get a yahoo phone and verify your code sent via the phone.

Is there money in your PP ? if yes then try to refund money and ask the persons to repay you by another method or to your new paypal..

Also i will suggest you to make your new PP with malaysia country. If it gets limited then its easy to get money back.

How much balance this account?
