[Help] Paypal Issue

Hi guys,

I have just created one new account with paypal... Used my dad's details.. Got approved. Day before yesterday, I had sent my first invoice to one of my client. And he paid me for that... But now that money which he just sent me, is showing in Pending balance.

And a Notification is coming on the main screen that : We may place your received payment in your pending balance for up to 21 days. One of the ways to get faster access to your payments is to become an established seller with PayPal.Click here for more information.

What is this notice guys... I have never seen this error before. And when i goes to this link. it takes me to this page.. Snapshot attached.



Please suggest me what is this if anyone from you have ever experienced like this before...

paypal will hold your funds for 21 days if it is a new account. you have to establish a good selling record for the hold to be lifted. sometimes it never gets lifted.

If you ship the item, provide tracking information, the buyer receives it and leaves you good feedback then the hold will be lifted about 3-5 days after the buyer leaves the good feedback.

How he will leave the feedback? I'm a freelancer and have charged customer for posting reviews on amazon...

A good way to build trust with paypal would be to buy or sell something cheap on ebay.

But what should i do now.. I have never sold anything on ebay before?? and even i don't have an account with them..
