[HELP]Paypal account limited for ridiculous reason

Did you register that domain with PP?
That email address shows you own that domain and if it is the same as your PP address that is probably why they have limited it.

Yes, this domain I registried in godaddy at first, use paypal. And the domain whois email is same to the paypal email. I just contacted that third party dns service provider. Seems they has a loop that anyone can add any domain in their account. And if someone else set the DN record with their DNS and forgot to cancel it, then the domain can point to the one who add it later in his account.

I think I know the problem...Any way, thank you to help me out. Although I don't know if I can get my domain and paypal back.

Did you had a lot of money there? If not maybe it's cheaper to forget it than to hire a lawyer. I have a daily bank transfer so the maximum paypal can take away from me is 1 day of sales paid at PayPal. never had any problem with paypal except the once a month chargeback due to fraud buyer since my business is 100% legit but I read some stuff of people complaining that they are arbitrary and summary in their actions so leaving a lot of balance there may be an unecessary risk.

Surely just a misunderstanding OP.....

Must just be a coincidence these sites happen to use the same nameservers.

Seems like they rightfully froze your domain and your PP account was collateral damage if it actually wasn't used to process any counterfeit sales.

Are you actually being sued? Have you been served any papers? It's possible the lawyer targeted your paypal account by mistake. If that's the case then you could try calling them and get it sorted. If you are actually being sued by this law firm, I would not contact them, and you should hire your own lawyer.

In the meantime, try making a new paypal account.

I have come accross the same issue, I want to talk more with you, please add my skype, thanks
