please help me to my problem, i link my bank and card then when i pay online like ebay or directly it says my account has not been charged. what happen? please help me!

no my account says when i send money to other it says "my account was not charged. please contact the merchant"

i have two method to pay which is bank and debit card but i tried many times to pay to other paypal account but paypal still says "your account has not been charged. please contact the merchant" help me please!

Have you verified the accounts? They should have sent some money to them, and then you tell them how much. If you have, try Paypal support to help out.

yes i do verified my account, but i don't why still says my account has not been charged and i need to add funds in order to send..
