I've been making a lot of money with a PPC network, and now they're asking me to upload a filled out W-8 tax form (I live outside the U.S), and my ID/drivers license..
I am only 16, and obviously this kind of websites are 18+. So about the ID, they will see my birth year is 1995. Will changing the birth year to 1985 or something be hard to do on Photoshop? Will they ever find out?
English isn't my native tongue so on the W-8 form there are many stuff I do not understand... If someone can help me fill it out it would be greatly appreciated!
