Yeah don't take this wrong but you are going to need to lose the defeatist attitude to survive in this game, it's too cut-throat and the fall-out rate is high, even amongst people who are motivated.

Ask yourself why you want to do this, if it's money alone then you are not going to survive, get a job or something. Or develop your whitehat skills.
