Help --> One Click Demo Import Plugin

This is the first time that I want to use the "one click demo import" plugin. I want to add my own custom demo, so other people can use it with one click. But I doesn't understand how to add the demo versions. So far I found 2 different guides:

But I still doesn't understand it. Someone here that can help me?
