The best way to get more views/comments is to: a) make a viral video, b) make a discussion video (so people will talk to you), or c) make a funny/sexy/annoying/SOMETHING video that makes people react in whatever different ways. How-to videos are good, too, especially if they're explaining something people need a lot of help with (like SEO, for instance).
