Help on Writing Question to ask

I've just build my escort agency and I got other things setup and now it comes to About Me (Bio) for each of my escort girl. So, I'm looking for someone who can help on what to ask to the girl. So, when the girl answer the question. I can hire someone to craft a bio around (300~500) words about that girl from what the girl already answer. Here what I need.

- Question to ask. (More question the better.)
- Sample answer for each question.

So I will hand this to the girl and she will answer all the question. And sample answer will give the girls clue on how to answer on each question.

The purpose for this is I will write compelling Bio for each of those escort from what they answer.

1. I send them question.
2. They answer it.
3. I will write compelling Bio from what they answer. This Bio will be posted on their personal page on my site.

I always wanted a boat.

From looking at the people I know that have/had one, I figure I might as well dig a hole in the back yard and pour money into it.
