help on ranking please!

well i have this video ranked about 9th for the keyword (this is trough the youtube search engine not the google one) and i cant seem to get it up from there i sent 5k high retention views and it didnt boost the rank i sent some facebook share with addmefast aswell i just cant seem to increase the rank. Some of the video above me have like 200 views but rank ahead of me so i dont know what im doing wrong. help?

no backlinks, i used high retention views and also some vagex views

Yeah, something it's just impossible to move a video! I think you just need to wait or try to drip feed views for several days!
