sometimes its just lazy moderators that aren't approving the posts. you may see new posts from that same group but it could be just from the admin's proxy accounts

all you need to do is wait until the content is approved by the moderator.there could be some private groups on which you have posted and there an approval of the admin would be necessary before any post can be seen by other members.in addition to that you also need to see whether the content is relevant or not for the group.
