HELP on Gazettetheme

Im trying to installe gazette theme. I got it from:

But the theme doesnt work, gives these errors:

Do you have the WpZonBuilder installed? First warning actually complains about missing files from WZB installation.

Try unzipping the file and upload it via FTP, make sure you're not uploading parent folders of the theme, just the theme folder it's self.

And WPZonBuilder is a plugin, not a theme.. You'll have to install that as well.

yes, i activeted it and tried to reinstall da theme. But it gives this:

Unpacking the package?
Installing the theme?
Theme installed successfully.

I can see this in themes page:

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
WP-Zon-Builder-Version-2.5a12 Stylesheet is missing.
WP-Zon-Builder-Version-2.5a13 Stylesheet is missing.
