Help on CB

first i'm sorry about my english , I'm a newbie in this forum
but i'm computer engineer and i want to start with CB bank and earning money
in my early days I started with google adsense but I find a lot of problems to earn money with them,
and after my research I found this website clickbank and I want to start with them but I do not know how to do, and I do not have a method to start, and that it is paid for (traffic,clicks,downloads,....) or that for sales
