Help on a keyword

I have read everything about keyword research but i cant really get some stuff. So i have an example that would help me get answers to a lot questions i have.
I have found a keyword with 1300 exact searches and 6 cpc. I know it's not much but i am new to this stuff.
lets say that the word is cheapest china phones. I analyse the first 10 competitors and its sth like this

1.The best china phones. PA 55 DA 93 links 39
2.The top 10 china phones PA 69 DA96 links 133
3.Cheap China phones that blabla PA 13 DA 24 links 4
4-5-6-7 a mix of the above
8. A forum post like "which is the cheapest china phone"
9-10 Sth like the first

I can find the emd cheapestchinaphones
ok is it easy or hard to rank??Because i get mixed signals. They are high authority site but they dont have the exact keyword in the title and on top of that there is a forum post ranking. A little help please!

ok here is traffic jarvis competition analysis. What should i look for? I am trying to understand if it easy to rank or not and why.
