It doesn't matter the country. Google knows who can afford to pay or who doesn't. They test you with zombie traffic. Zombie traffic are real persons that don't take any action, just surf.

Are you reading what I'm saying? I wasn't referring to AdWords. Google knows the income of each user that surfs the Internet. Zombie traffic is not bot traffic, but real persons that don't take action (no conversions on your side). For example make a search click on the first website, then close the browser. This is zombie traffic.

Did you tamper with your locker? For example setting high minimum payout per offer?
And if you did, does locked content expectation match difficulty of unlocking it?

here are last 3 days for CVR and EPC:
16.28% $0.04
28.25% $0.08
25.13% $0.07
I have 80% US traffic. A lot of good offers capped early.
