Hi guys,

I have a potential client, that needs a website for his import-export luxury drinks.
He wants me to impress him with the look of the website and he will buy my services.

What I need from you is some ideas about a website, black background, luxury/gold colours for let's say vodka bottles.
If any of you gave me a good idea or sample that I can use and I get the job, you will be receiving a gift from me :D
Or, if someone has a template that thinks it will help me, let's talk how we can do business together.

If this is posted in the wrong section, just let me know.

Thanks bhw!

Dude, if he wants you to wow him before he pays you a dime then walk the other way. These folks are typically the biggest pain to deal with and probably don't have a good budget. In my experience, someone running a reputable business will have the budget to hire a reputable developer. Even if you are new to the business and you aren't reputable, act like you are and demand a 50% deposit before you even begin working. I used to be too scared to do that. It only took 3 months and 1 non-paying client before I wised up. No one has had an issue with paying a deposit because I let them know up front I'm not doing anything for them until I get one.

Yep, true..

Dont waste your time. Demand for 30% or 50% non refundable payment for your security. And also show your client your portfolio.

He sounds like you should send him a glass so he can pour himself a stiff vodka...

Then perhaps he will lighten up and order your services...

Coz right now he is just messing you around...

I thought the very same thing the other three posters did, he wants YOU to impress HIM without PAYING? You sound like you're new to selling and he's taking advantage of you.
