Help Needed!

I have about 7 sites that have been making some amounts via Adsense. I did not do much promotion. just a little here and there. I believe that a better person would do more with this.

I do not have what it takes to promote the websites. So I want to sell them off and move into something else.

I read about MeatHead here, but when i went to his site, I found out my sites does not qualify. He wont take them on cos they made so little from January to date - the sites made variously between $10 and $48 per site / month.

Can someone direct me on the best way to dispose these sites one by one, starting with the best earner. I will not sell in bulk. I will sell one and if it goes well, then the next. I will not sell in bulk and if anything goes wrong, I am left dry. I do not want to use Flippa cos i have no money to pay the listing fees.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You're making between $10 - $48 per site, per month and you have no money for a flippa listing fee ... make's perfect nonsense.

I would sell in bulk, on flippa, pay for extra promotion, show lots and lots of proof of earnings, traffic and most importantly traffic sources and show that it is mostly organic traffic so there would be little or no work required for somebody to take over the group of sites. You may also want to show pre-penguin comparison with post-penguin traffic.

If your sites are only 7 months old, i can at the most see you getting 4 - 6 months the average net monthly profit. If you want somebody else to sell it for you, then i can't see them getting a lot more than that, then you need to minus their fee's too.

Not worth it. Too low income in my opinion. It would be much better if you sell it at forums.

Sell it to DP Suckers

DP and SEDO can be better option for you to start with.

Maybe you can just get some SEO help and let the site pump out about $500/month through adsense but domain parking is a nice option if you have organic traffic to your site.
just research some high paying CPC keywords and even 100 uniques a day will pump gold for you.
If I was in your place, I would never sell domains with organic traffic.
