Do these affliation program really works? I am totally new to this idea please help.
As everyone else already said, your question is too broad to make any sense.
It sounds to me by the way you phrased your question though, that you may be looking for some type of 'get rich quick' scheme. If that's the case... then most likely the answer to your question is "No, you won't be able to just sign up with an affiliate program and then get rich."
On the other hand... If you're looking for a possible new career and your willing to work and learn the profession, then affiliate marketing is a proven way to make money. It's actually been a proven system long before the internet even existed.
Affiliate marketing has been around for as long as people have been selling things. Any time a company offers to pay a commission to someone for bringing them leads or sales, then that company has set up an affiliate program. Car dealerships do it, insurance companies do it, mortgage companies do it, furniture companies, cleaning companies, etc. all have various affiliate programs set up to help them make more sales. The affiliates have different titles depending on the company and the industry. They might be called 'Associates', 'Agents', 'Brokers', 'Salesmen', etc. but whatever a particular company calls them, if the term 'Independent' can be included before the title then they are all signed up for some type of affiliate program.
I'm assuming your question is directly addressing 'online affiliate programs'. The same thing applies to that as it does to offline businesses. A company has decided to pay some type of commission to anyone who can bring them either leads or sales. So whenever you see the term 'Affiliate Marketer', you can think of it in your mind the same way as if you saw the term "Independent Agent', 'Independent Sales Associate', or 'Independent Salesman'. They are all exactly the same thing.
That's why your question is too broad to make sense, or get a sensible answer. Asking the question "Do affiliation programs really work?", makes about as much sense as asking "Does becoming a salesman really work?", or 'Does marketing really work?", or "Does having a job really work?".
We know of course that all of those things work, but that doesn't mean that every product you want to sell will sell, or that every company you market for will pay, or even that every job you ever have will work out. It's up to you to learn enough about the industry you choose to work in to know which companies are worth working for.
So the short answer is, if you're expecting affiliate marketing to be a 'Get Rich Scheme' then 'NO' it isn't likely to work for you. If you're looking at affiliate marketing as a possible career opportunity. then 'YES', it's a proven system that absolutely does work, but you'll have to learn enough about the online marketing profession in order to be successful at it.
