you need to wait, your account has been spammed, you should replace it so you can continue advertising instead of waiting

Please clear the memory and try to check your network IP again. If not, you can change the IP.
 
Have you tried restarting the device, then restarting the network device to boot

Try clearing the cache or changing the device's IP to see if it helps. Sometimes the FB platform also has small errors
