I'm experiencing a problem with the identity confirmation page for my Facebook Ads account. Whenever I try to confirm my identity, I get redirected to a blank white page. This happens every time I click the option to verify my identity.

I've tried different browsers and devices, but the issue persists. It’s preventing me from completing the verification process and accessing my ad account.

Has anyone else faced this issue, and are there any solutions or workarounds to resolve it?

The blank white page issue when trying to confirm identity on Facebook Ads is a common problem, usually related to browser settings, cache issues, or Facebook system glitches.

First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then restart the browser. If that doesn’t work, switch to incognito mode or use a completely different browser. Sometimes, Facebook’s verification pages don’t load properly due to stored session data.

Maybe Facebook is lagging. Please wait 24 hours and try again.

Have you tried clearing the cache or changing the IP?

Maybe your memory is full, reduce its weight.

Please clear your memory and try checking your network ip again
 
Try with a different IP if you've already tested different devices and browsers
 
Let's wait, most of the time blank one is from an error. At least after 24hours and it keeps showing that, then you should think to fix it in another way. So, any update on your issue? Have you fixed it?

No i waited for like 3 weeks but still no repsonse
 
If you're still having trouble, contacting Facebook support directly is your best bet for getting quick and effective help. Good luck!
 
you can change ID or change another network and wait for 24 hours to see if it can log in If not then you can contact Meta for help
 
Please change to another proxy and another mobile data network to see if you can log in. If not, you can contact Meta.
 
If you already tried different browsers and devices, check your connection or your router firewall if all else fail. Before that though, try to reset your connection or check your tools if you're using any before trying again. If nothing else, take it up with Meta's team, link might be dead for you.
 
The error may be due to a temporary problem with Facebook's system. Please try again in a few hours or a day.
 
This problem often happens, you can still verify but it will take a long time, you can hire an account manager to solve the problem immediately.
