HELP NEEDED! WP Theme MovieSitePress

The theme worked allright, till something happened and thumbnails won't get resized.
The thumbnail will look correct if i upload a large image or image which dimensions are 190x120 as this theme uses theese dimensions for thumbnails, in other case it won't resize a picture to 190x120, as you can see at the first post, the image is not stretched till 190x120 the image size is arround 500x300, the second post in the image looks good, becouse i've uploaded a 190x120 image. Does anybody know how to fix this problem that the theme would resize all the images to a thumbnail size?

Install a plugin named "Thumbnail resizer ,put the settings on , and there you go. If you are using wprobot , fix it from setting - option and change the custom values there.

I can't find the plugin called Thumbnail resizer, could you post a link to that plugin please?

You are uploading image manually? Or screenshot from the video file?
