Help needed with youtube tools..

Hi Guys,

I have been searching around the forum a lot but with no luck in finding such tools. I came across the name of tube toolbox for videos promotion. But I am not able to find this in download section of the forum, can you guys please place the link for this download?

Also is there any free version of software that watermarks the you tube videos?

Any suggestions and help would be appreciated.
