Help needed with SeoMoz. Who's a pro?

I've just registered a free account with seomoz and got my first report. There are no errors, only warnings and notices. Still, I'd like to fix these. The thing is, I don't know how SM says I should change the following:

1. The title element is too long.

I use WP with the All in One Seo Pack plugin. It adds "... | domainname.com" after each title makes the title way too long. How can I change this?

2. 301 (Permanent redirect).

It says that my urls redirect from domainname.com/page to domainname.com/page/

Is this really important for SEO?

3. Rel canonical.

I know what it is but I don't why seomoz indicates this as a mistake.

For #3 ... you should add the canonical link to your header. I have found that Google has indexed a ton of duplicate content for my site:

/page/2/
/page/2/?kjdhkjhdask
/page/2/?start=1

All of these pages point to the same page. No idea where the links came from, but somehow they got indexed. The canonical link will fix it so that these don't get indexed.

how do I do it?

one canonical link in the header will fix the issue for the entire site?

Don't worry about the first two.

Long title just isn't shown fully in SERPS so that is the only thing that you are loosing.
It's good that your website has redirects to only one version of url. I doubt that google may see it as duplicate pages but redirect makes you save from that.

I've fixed the issue with long titels. I'm using All in One Seo Pack and the option 'use canonical urls' is ticked so it should be ok. What else can I do to change this?
