Help needed with S4S

Hey,

I have an a page with 7,5k followers and around 1k likes per photo and I'm having an issue with getting a page to do S4S with me. Just today someone told me it wouldn't be fair to them to do 1 S4S because they have 25k followers. I would agree if they hadn't had only 800 likes per photo. Now I am new to INstagram but I'm interpreting that as them having even a bit less active followers as I do. How is an army of 25k dead accounts going to benefit me? Am I being unreasonable?

I'm also wondering if there is any specific reason why don't I get more replies from other pages. I sent out around 30 DMs but only 3 came back. Does DM get stuck somewhere they don't check?

While engagement is important, it is not the only metrics. People still (might) SEE the content and/or react on it. So 25k followers on 1k likes is not the same as 7,6k followers on 1k likes.
Also be aware that accounts with a lot of followers tend to get a lot of DMs as well. Don't expect them to read them all. Speaking from my personal experience on twitter. I haven't read a single DM in a year or more. Too much spam to bother.
 
How can I get in contact with them then? Barely any of them have kik or email written in descriptions. Commenting on their photos?
