Help Needed with pay per call PLS!

I'm setting up pay per call campaign on aswordsthat lead to a landing page.

Adwords keeps disaproving the ads and says unverified phone number.

I have installed the Google tracking code on the landing page, but it's still dissaproving the ads.

Please help!!
