Help needed with clients webtsite!

I am in a bit of a pickle guys.

I have accepted a job in fixing a friends website (and yes I am getting paid but not much, just a coupe of hundred). His website is a flash one with a pretty good logo that I want to transfer over to his new website (which will be a wordpress site). Is there anyway to keep the logo and put it in the header of the new website?

Oh and can someone recommend a group pf plugins to use for an authority site?

... You are doing web design, and can't figure out how to get the logo in the header... Take the few hundred and hire a web designer who knows what they are doing...

I have to agree. Why would you take money for something you are not able to do? Moving a logo (even a flash one) is a pretty basic procedure, not being able to that should preclude you from taking this kind of job.

Learn how to do a skill before taking jobs that involve that skill.

easiest way - as you seem to not know what youre doing:
Open the website
Press Print Screen
Open MS Paint
Crop
Upload to new site

he cant do that if its an animated graphic

You need to find the .SWF file for the header in the old site
then put it in your worpress site, you will probably beed to adjust the code
on the home page so it gets accepted
Upload to new site

Erm, yes, yes he can do that.
Im sure at somepoint you can view the logo on screen (as that is the whole point of a logo) - then you can print screen it.............
