help needed with article writing

hi, well where i live at this moment, i don't have Paypal as a payment option. i can send money, but i can't withdraw ( sucks i know )
i am looking for a website that pay me to write articles ( i know there is many)
the trick is ( and that is why i am asking in the first place ) they should pay me via payoneer or skrill
if anybody know a site like that, please do replay.
