Help Needed, Very low CTR on my Website

I have a problem with the CTR from my Adsense Banner on my website, it is only

0,52%.

I Use the Adsense Explosion Wordpress Plug in 336 x 280 Large rectangle in the Top Left Position.

Google Adwords Competition is Medium, with close to 4 Usd CPC

Can someone give me an advise ?

PS. i am from germany and registerd for Adsense here, could this be a problem with an english site targeting US traffic ?

i asked Adsense and they told me german adsense account is no problem.

I am not sure if there are good ads on the website, is there any tool that can check what Ads are on my website if you visit it with an US Ip ?

Or maybe someone can help me and send me a screenshot so that i can check.

Maybe you could show us a screenshot of your site so we can decide what the problem may be.
