Help Needed regarding Binance Withdrawing

I'm stuck in this weird situation where I need to withdraw some Crypto and after withdrawal failed, I can't even appeal as I don't meet the requirements (This is what it says there). I already have the account ID verified as well as did a facial recognition which was requested, 2nd authentication is on and everything. Happened to anyone else? How can I get this solved?
