[Help Needed] Outlook Express 2010

Problem is that I want to schedule my own time to send email on Outlook Express. Have to draft some email on USA timing so to match their timing have to stay in office at particular time.

That?s not possible to available at same time so if there is any solution regarding my problem please share.
