[HELP NEEDED] Issue with CTR

Some of the pages of my website get the impressions but don't get any clicks. You can see the screenshot below.

All the keywords in the screenshot are "best X for Z" type of articles.

What can I do to improve the situation and get those clicks?
I started the website about 6-8 months ago and only now starting getting some traction.

What positions are for these keywords? It looks like they are behind first 10 as CTR is incredible low

Not sure really as I started ranking on multiple long tail kw phrases. They can be behind the first page. But does it really matter? I thought since I am getting impressions I should be getting clicks. Where the impressions are coming from then?
 
Impressions can come from bots which scrape Google results. So yours page can be visible at page 8 and no one click at page 8, but bots generate impressions.
 
Impressions are when the user "sees" the page. i.e when it displays on the serp and the user is on that page, it could be image it could a link.. (assuming this is a WMT screen shot)

So your clicks are going to depend on where you are position wise in the rankings.. quick indicator would be to google the keyword and try to find your page

I know what is the impression. But I thought that Google could place my pages in the top 10 to "check" the performance. So the people see my page and don't click.

Nope impressions have nothing to do with the rank position neither does that data your looking at in WMT just because your getting impressions does not mean your 1-10...

Example you could have a photo show in the gallery thats image 30 on page 1.. that will still count as an impression.

But why do 2 pages get the same amount of impressions yet only one of them get clicks and the other one doesn't?
 
At yours screen numbers of impressions are different for every page, even if they will be same - clicks are not related to this anyway.
