no one is helping me here. possibly due to my accounts age.

I want to ask for help again.
I have installed Wordpress somehow on vps, but the IP is not pointing to my site.
the IP is showing the IIS page. how can I resolve it ?

Hello,
You can use xampp for windows, it can be installed easily,
download wordpress and create a database using phpmyadmin which will be installed along with xampp.
configure the settings and you are good to go.
