[Help Needed] Instagram live streaming

Does anyone know of a way to upload pre recorded video as live streaming to instagram/ youtube/ facebook? I have been searching high and low without any result. Appreciate if anyone can help on this.

Interested in this too, for instagram.
I know its possible on facebook to stream live pre recorded video, as people do countdowns for when offers on a store end etc.
