HELP NEEDED Instagram ads

Hi,

I have a clothing business. Very high quality clothing. I want to advertise this on Instagram only. Could somebody help? I have a Facebook ads account. I just need some assistance how to get a advertisement live or even employ somebody to help with this. Any guidance would be really appreciated. Do facebook ban ads with branded clothing easily? Or is there a way to get around this in any way? We have a professional website set up, just struggling to get our name out there.
