That site contains many app, i think you should begin to create the app first before thinking of creating the site.. It was collection of many apps, you cant order that apps with one price, you should bought it one by one if you cant develop them.

btw for the site only (without the apps) i think you can use wordpress with some gallery theme.

This site is easy to design but its have a lot apps you have to develop it yourself !
