Dear Mates,

I have purchased a domain last year there is no content in it and I have 301 redirect 2 high Da domains to this domain when I check the Moz metrics it shows a spam score of 65 can you please suggest what to do.

Yup, the reason is moz metrics sucks. Still no content on that site? Nobody give a flying fuck about moz spam score.

Can you please be clear can't understand

Moz does a great job of telling you which inbound links to your site are causing the problem, making it easy for you to reach out to them or to disavow them entirely.

Not sure how latest the Moz spam database is, so have some doubt on the accuracy or relevancy of spam score. I would suggest to start doing the SEO as if you are doing it for new one(ignoring the spam score).

Why worried about it ?

To answer your question, you probably need to delete the spam links pointing to your domain which also may be next to impossible
